Privacy Policy — Tailor Made Innovations LLC
Company: Tailor Made Innovations LLC (“Tailor Made,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) Web-
site: https://tailormadeinnovations.com Effective Date: May 25, 2026 Last Up-
dated: May 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Tailor Made Innovations LLC collects
when you visit the Tailor Made corporate website at tailormadeinnovations.com (the
“Site”), how we use that information, who we share it with, and what rights you have.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use the Site.
1. Who We Are and What This Policy Covers
Tailor Made Innovations LLC is a software company that designs and operates tech-
nology products for small businesses. Our products are listed at tailormadeinnova-
tions.com and include — among others — Fliquids, a multi-tenant ordering platform
for independent cafés and food-service merchants.
This Privacy Policy covers only the Tailor Made corporate website at tailor-
madeinnovations.com. Each Tailor Made product has its own separate, product-
specific privacy policy that governs your use of that product:
• Fliquids — https://fliquids.com/privacy
• (Additional product policies linked here as products launch.)
If you are a customer of one of our products, the product-specific privacy policy con-
trols how we handle the information you provide through that product. This corporate
1website Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through the marketing
site itself.
2. Information We Collect
The Tailor Made corporate website is a marketing site. We do not require you to
create an account, and we do not sell anything directly on the Site.
2.1 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, our hosting provider’s built-in analytics collect a limited set
of technical information automatically:
• Visit data: pages you view on the Site, the time of your visit, the duration of
your session, and the order in which you navigate pages.
• Referral source: the website, search engine, or link that brought you to the
Site (if your browser shares that information).
• Approximate geographic location: city- or region-level location inferred from
your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.
• Device and browser data: browser type and version, operating system, screen
size, and device type (desktop, tablet, mobile).
• IP address: the internet protocol address assigned to your device by your inter-
net service provider. We use the IP address to derive approximate location and
to protect the Site from abuse.
2.2 Information You Provide
The Site does not currently offer account registration, e-commerce, contact forms,
or live chat. If you contact us by email using the address in Section 13, we receive
whatever information you choose to send us (typically your email address and the
contents of your message).
2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
• We do not collect payment card information through the Site. The Site
does not offer e-commerce.
• We do not collect government-issued identifiers (Social Security numbers,
driver’s license numbers, etc.).
• We do not collect precise geolocation (GPS coordinates).
• We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. See
Section 10.
• We do not purchase visitor information from data brokers.
• We do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under
the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) or the Texas Data Privacy and
Security Act (“TDPSA”).
23. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Site and to
understand how visitors use it.
• Strictly necessary cookies: required for the Site to function (for example, ses-
sion cookies set by our hosting provider). These cannot be disabled.
• Analytics cookies: placed by our hosting provider’s built-in analytics to collect
the visit, referral, and device data described in Section 2.1. These help us under-
stand which pages are useful, which need improvement, and where Site traffic
is coming from.
The Site presents a cookie consent banner on your first visit. The banner offers both
an Accept and a Decline option. If you decline (or close the banner), no analytics
tracking is loaded, and Tailor Made will not place analytics cookies on your device.
You can change your choice at any time by clearing the Site’s cookies in your browser
settings; the banner will reappear on your next visit.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow
you to block all cookies, block third-party cookies only, or delete cookies after each
session. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may make the Site unusable. Blocking
analytics cookies will not prevent you from using the Site.
4. How We Use Information
We use the information described in Section 2 to:
• Operate, maintain, and improve the Site.
• Understand which pages and content visitors find useful.
• Diagnose technical issues and protect the Site from abuse, fraud, and unautho-
rized access.
• Respond to inquiries you send us by email or other channels.
• Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not use Site analytics data to build profiles about you, to target adver-
tising at you, or to sell your information to third parties.
5. Legal Bases We Rely On
We rely on the following legal bases under applicable U.S. state privacy laws to pro-
cess the information described in Section 2:
• Legitimate business purpose (CCPA § 1798.140(e); TDPSA § 541.001(13)):
operating and securing the Site, understanding visitor behavior, and protecting
the Site from abuse.
• Compliance with legal obligations: responding to subpoenas, court orders,
and regulatory requests.
3• With your consent: where you affirmatively accept non-essential cookies or
otherwise opt in to specific processing through the Site’s cookie banner.
You can withdraw consent at any time by adjusting your cookie preferences, contact-
ing us at the address in Section 13, or exercising the rights described in Section 8.
6. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing
We use a small number of third-party service providers to operate the Site. We do not
sell visitor information to third parties.
Provider Purpose What it receives
GoDaddy (Website
Builder + hosting)
Hosting, content delivery,
site infrastructure, and
built-in visit analytics
IP address, request
headers, page-level
analytics (pageviews,
sessions, referrers,
browser type, session
duration)
We do not share information with our third-party service providers beyond what is
necessary for them to provide their service to us. Each provider acts under its own
published terms and privacy practices that govern its handling of the information it
receives.
We do not share, sell, lease, or rent your personal information to advertisers,
data brokers, or marketing partners.
7. Data Retention
We retain the information described in Section 2 for the following periods:
• Analytics data: aggregated and anonymized analytics are retained for up to
26 months. Individual session-level data is retained only as long as needed to
diagnose technical issues — typically 14 days.
• Email correspondence: retained as long as needed to respond to your inquiry
and for a reasonable record-keeping period afterward (typically up to 3 years
from your last contact).
• Legal compliance: if we are required to retain specific information to comply
with a legal obligation, tax or accounting rule, or as part of an active investigation
or claim, we retain that information for the period required by law.
After the applicable retention period ends, we delete or de-identify the information.
48. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights under your state’s privacy
law. Tailor Made honors verified rights requests under all U.S. state privacy laws that
apply to us, regardless of where the visitor lives, on a good-faith basis.
8.1 California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by
the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”), gives you the right to:
• Know what personal information we collect about you, the sources, the business
purpose, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
• Access a portable copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain ex-
ceptions (for example, where we need it to comply with a legal obligation).
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. Tailor Made does not
sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as
those terms are defined under CCPA, and therefore there is nothing to opt out
of, but we will honor any “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” request
that we receive.
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect sensitive
personal information through the Site.
• Non-discrimination. We will not deny you service, charge you a different price,
or provide a different level of quality because you exercised a CCPA right.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the methods in Section 13. We will
verify your identity by asking for information that matches what we already hold about
you, and we will respond within 45 days (extendable by another 45 days if reasonably
necessary, with notice to you).
8.2 Texas Residents (TDPSA)
If you are a Texas resident, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (“TDPSA”), ef-
fective July 1, 2024 (Tex. Bus. & Com. Code §§ 541.001 et seq.), gives you the right
to:
• Confirm whether we are processing your personal data and access that data.
• Correct inaccurate personal data.
• Delete personal data we have collected from you.
• Obtain a portable copy of your personal data.
• Opt out of (i) targeted advertising, (ii) the sale of personal data, and (iii) profil-
ing in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Tailor Made does not engage in any of these activities through the Site.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the methods in Section 13. We
will respond within 45 days. Right to appeal: if we refuse to take action on
a TDPSA request, you have the right to appeal that refusal to us within a rea-
sonable period; we will respond to the appeal within 60 days. If we deny the
5appeal, you may contact the Texas Attorney General to submit a complaint at
https://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov.
8.3 Residents of Other States
If you are a resident of a U.S. state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law (in-
cluding, as of the date of this policy, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Oregon,
Montana, Iowa, Delaware, Tennessee, New Jersey, Indiana, Florida, and others com-
ing into effect), we honor the rights granted to you under that law on a good-faith
basis. Contact us using the methods in Section 13.
8.4 European Visitors
Tailor Made is a U.S. company, and the Site is not directed to visitors located in the
European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. If you visit the Site
from those regions and believe you have rights under the General Data Protection
Regulation (“GDPR”) or UK GDPR that apply to information you provided to us, con-
tact us using the methods in Section 13.
9. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards de-
signed to protect the information we collect. These include encryption in transit
(HTTPS), encrypted storage at rest with our hosting provider, access controls
limiting employee access to operational data, and routine review of our security
posture.
No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100%
secure. While we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect your infor-
mation, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect
personal information from children under 13 in violation of the Children’s Online
Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). If you are a parent or guardian and believe
we have collected personal information from a child under 13, contact us at
robert@tailormadeinnovations.com and we will delete it promptly.
For Texas residents: the TDPSA imposes additional protections for the personal data
of minors (under 18). We do not knowingly process the personal data of Texas minors
for targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or profiling in furtherance of decisions
that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
611. International Visitors
The Site is hosted in the United States. If you visit the Site from outside the United
States, you understand that information collected through the Site will be transferred
to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ
from those of your country.
12. Breach Notification
If we discover a security breach that compromises personal information collected
through the Site, we will notify affected individuals and applicable regulators in the
manner and within the timeframes required by applicable state law, including:
• California: Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.82 — notification without unreasonable delay.
• Texas: Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 521.053 — notification without unreasonable
delay, and in any event no later than 60 days from discovery; notice to the Texas
Attorney General if more than 250 Texas residents are affected.
• Other states: notification consistent with the breach-notification law of the af-
fected individual’s state of residence.

We will acknowledge receipt of your rights request within 10 business days and re-
spond substantively within the timeframe required by your state’s privacy law (typi-
cally 45 days, extendable in limited circumstances).
14. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to
conflict-of-laws rules. This choice of law does not waive any non-waivable rights you
may have as a resident of a different U.S. state under that state’s consumer-protection
or privacy law.
715. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise
the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy. If the changes are material, we will
provide more prominent notice (for example, a banner on the Site for a reasonable
period after the change takes effect).
Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of any updated Privacy Policy
constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
